Why does my refresh token keep expiring and how do I prevent it from expiring?

Basically, last October I created this connection via the integration module and the team i created it for forgot about it because it wasnt needed. She then look in her box folder and noticed there were no new applications, but there were over 60 applicants over the past few weeks. I went into the integration and i gave me an error saying that the Refresh Token had expired. I was confused but reconnected and it seems to be working OK now. I want to know how to avoid this from happening in the future. Is there something I did wrong in the inital setup? Did i miss a step? Any information will help!

When we integrate a form with Square, tokens are created. For the security of the integration, you need to renew it sometimes.

Ah ok! How often does it need to be renewed and can I be warned b4 it expires? I appreciate the feedback.

The token expires depending on the integration. Please let us know if this issue still remains so we can check further.
