Show form results as bar graph at end of form submit.

I have a form that doesn't have a Submit button, it just uses the Form Calculation widget to give totals at the end for the further use of the person who filled it out, but I would like to display these totals as a horizontal bar chart. Is there a way I can send the totals to a Google sheet, which then creates the chart and then link it back so the chart appears on a "Results" page at the end of the form?

Because Jotform does not have a widget to generate a bar graph inside of a form currently, please see my steps and screenshots below.

Link to a report from the thank you page.

    1. Create a graph in the Jotform Report Builder using the data from existing submissions.
    2. Set you share settings and copy the link to the report.
    3. Go to the form and edit the Thank you page by adding the report link.

How to get the Report link.

    1. Go to your report and click the Publish button in the top right of the page.
    2. On the Publish Report window, find the Share tab.
    3. Click the Copy Link button. Now you can paste the link into your form.
