    Hi There,

I created a faculty feedback form and in one of the field I have a dropdown list of different professor,  currently what happened is, student by mistakely  select a wrong professor because  its a long drop down list. so  Is there a way to hide some of the dropdown option   or a way to  automatically select the  professor name in that dropdown box ?

    Hello Atulbhandari,

It is not possible to hide all / some of the items of dropdown list. You can pre-populate your dropdown but it work through URL parameters and I am not sure how you want to automatically select the professor name in the dropdown box. Please explain this requirement a bit more in detail.

If you have a long list in the dropdown, you can break it in multiple dropdown fields and use the condition logic to show only one.

You may also like to take a look at our "Widget" sections where we have a lot of dropdown options. You can also group your option values in "Grouped Values Dropdown" widget.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us with your requirement of automatically selecting the value in dropdown and we will see if there is any possible solution.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!
