In the past, reminder emails initiated from the "Publish" section had an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom. That has disappeared. How do I add that as clients want to unsubscribe from reminders once they have completed the module.

Hi there,
Could you please clarify if you are referring to the reminder emails in the Publish section?
Or are you referring to the reminder emails in the appointment field?
Please clarify so we can check this further.

Thank you for your speedy reply. I am referring to the reminder emails from the publish section. I have attached a screenshot of what the reminder emails used to look like. Note the Unsubscribe link at the bottom. That no longer appears on reminder emails and I would like it to appear on mine.

I'm escalating this to our backend team. Indeed the email does not have the unsubscribe link anymore. We can not give you any ETA on this. As soon as an update is available we will info you here.

Any progress since January 25th, 2022. My clients liked when they could unsubscribe from reminders. Perhaps that could be a choice controlled by the sender.
