The photos won't download/the link is broken

    **URGENT**

    Hi, my team have identified another major issue following on from this. When we edit our submissions for a large number of reports, the photos won't download/the link is broken.

    This means that we can't edit any report by seeing what photos are contained within the report (which differs from the submission in that it is shorter)

    We need to edit our reports once works are completed and send with our invoice to show the updated report with new photos

    Looking at the url link, the ones that aren't working are still looking for riatz_rules_hard rather than WC property services - see screen shots below. There are many many reports with this issue. The reports that have photos with a url link containing WC property services are working fine.

    This is URGENT as we cannot invoice our customers until this is fixed

    Some submission names/addresses that you can check that are not working are: (note this is not exhaustive list)

    hi I have done that and it makes no difference.

    Have you actually looked into my query thoroughly and checked the submissions I listed to replicate my problem?

    This is URGENT - please look back at the previous issue on last last thread as it outlines the previous problem which is now partially fixed, but this problem is related to the last problem that you fixed last week (that took nearly a week)

    Hi I urgently need an update on likely ETA on when this will be fixed - I have 2 staff that have nothing to do until it is and also have a number of customers chasing me for their reports that we still can't finalise and send out

    Hi Kenneth, this is really unacceptable and costing me thousands of dollars now!

    i need an update - please escalate this to someone who can give me an update on likely time frame to complete the fix

    also please make sure your “bank end “ team fully test my data this time - this is ongoing from my issue of last week that though they had fixed.

    this response is not good enough. Please escalate my issue to senior manager toake enquiries and respond please

    I have been without my data for 7 days now and no one at jotform seems to care or can even be bothered to look into it to give me some kind of indication as to when you’ll fix your mistakes so I can use the data that I pay you to access.

    you are crippling my business and costing me many many thousands of dollars

    I have checked these 4 reports:

    19 Cliff Rd

    20B Corinth

    20 Para Close

    14/19 Langana

    These are all now working fine - someone must have fixed these 4 specific ones in the last week.

    However I have now checked dozens and dozens of submissions prior to 31st December and am having the same issue - here is one I picked at random:

    145 Whitford road from 22nd Nov 21 - when editing, we click on the photo, 404 error page not found is displayed. We have checked this on multiple computers

    We urgently need all this fixed, not just the submissions that we highlight to you. We have over 5,000 submissions that we need to regularly access and edit once additional service works are completed.
