Hello, we need to update the credit card we have on file. We received a notice from BlueSnap stating that the annual payment for our account was declined (this is because the other credit card expired). I need to update the card on file but found another forum post that stated we might need to cancel our account and create a new one...? If this is the case, how do we go about this AND--what happens to our forms and submission data?
