everything was fine but yesterday all of a sudden my headers started to come through as a question from my form, it won't give me the option to choose date when submitted.
I can only choose the header to be questions from my form. And I want it to be date and time

If I understood correcly, you are unable to change the Header Settings on the Mobile Forms app. To which form is the issue related? Can you also provide a screenshot of the current header settings and a screenshot of the headers? Also, please tell us which phone are you using.

I made some additional tests and the Submission Date cannot be selected in the Header Settings. I'll report the issue to our developers. If there is any update, we will inform you here.

sorry for a late reply, im using a Oneplus so yes, my mobile forms app.
One day all of a sudden my forms didn't show the date and time header.
I'm currently running two forms and I checked the one that is still showing date and time, there it wont even give me any options to choose from, sure it doesn't matter because its showing what I want.
But I'll provide screenshots.
But yes please do inform me here if there is any updates, should be fixable when it worked just fine a week ago

who gave you permission to clear my form from all my submissions.
you realize I had contact info there to over 250 people.
now please tell me you can somehow put them back??? I see them on my computer but I need them on my phone. Because I work on my phone I need to see them
And anyway your stupid try to solve your problem did not work.
Maybe its time to unsubscribe and move to Typeform

My colleague clears your form cache, which means it refreshes your form's cache, resolves performance issues, and sometimes fixes small errors.
Please do note that refreshing the Form's cache will not delete or cause your form to disappear or affect any data to lose.
