conditions not showing field

i have a second date picker added to my form which starts hidden. i wish to show it upon selecting another option, and have the conditions in place, but it still doesn't work in the preview window. Is this just the preview window or my form that's not working?

Were you referring to the checkout date field if the user chose extended stay? I have tested your form and it worked perfectly fine. I chose "No" for extended stay and the second calendar showed up. See image blow:
