    Did not receive new form submission

    We had 2 new customers enter their information into a Jot Form at http://gaabglobalescapes.com/wild-child-registration and then got redirected to PayPal and submitted their payment. 

    My email info@gaabtravelinternational.com is set up to receive notifications but I did not receive it. 

    When I look under my forms I only see 2 test submissions (Christine & Nick) and not the new submissions Phil Filipchuck and Pam Filipchuck.

    Please help me locate these submissions and get the notifications sorted out.

    We are sorry for the trouble you faced.

    Upon checking I found that you have only two submissions in your form (http://www.jotform.ca/form/40600560256243)

    Please be sure that your customers not only enter their information but also submit the form correctly.

    The following guideline should help you to setup Recipient Email Address.



    Hope you will figure out the problem and be able to solve it.
