E-Signature box does not appear in Firefox or IE

Do I need to start a new thread? I have the same problem. The signature widget is not working in Firefox or IE. It's only working in Safari. I use iframe to embed code on my site. But even when I try it on the Jotform site (preview tab) the box does not appear in Firefox or IE.

Can you please provide us with a link to the web page in question? Also, which version of Windows do you use?
