I cannot remember my password and I did not receive instructions on resetting password through my email address.

    I need to update my application form and I cannot access my account because I forgot the password.  My email address is sherryhoneycutt@hotmail.com My username is goldsboroteach.

    Hi, I made sure that the email address, sherryhoneycutt@hotmail.com, is not in our bounce list. Have you checked your spam folder? I would recommend you to white-list our Jotmails IP addresses, and our domain names:
