I did not receive my notification email

    I've been reviewing your form: 41197476987373

    I do see that Notifier1 (which is the Email Alert set to send Emails to: nurulsyazalina.abdulaziz@gmail.com) does not have a Sender Email setup:

    Please set a Sender Email on that field, such as noreply@jotform.com, to continue receiving your email alerts.
