Why doesn't the email field show up in Firefox

    I created my first form to submit an email address. The field to enter the address and the submit button show correctly when I view with IE, but they only pop up momentarily before disappearing in Firefox. How can I fix this? Enforcing a field height does not work.

    Hi Jimi,

    Thanks for sharing your concern with us. I have a couple of suggestions for you:

    A. First, please try to change the form URL in your existing embed code to

    <script width=500 height=600 src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/12135014483"></script>

    B. If the above doesn't work, please try another embed code such as the Iframe embed code.

    C. If all else fails, Please try this embed code:

    <form class="jotform-form" action="http://www.jotform.com/submit.php" method="post" name="form_12135014483" id="12135014483" accept-charset="utf-8">

        <input type="hidden" name="formID" value="12135014483" />

        <div class="form-all">

            <ul class="form-section">

                <li class="form-line form-line-column" id="id_4">

                    <label class="form-label-top" id="label_4" for="input_4"> Enter your email </label>

                    <div id="cid_4" class="form-input-wide">

                        <input type="email" class="form-textbox validate[Email]" id="input_4" name="q4_enterYour" size="30" />

                    </div>

                </li>

                <li class="form-line form-line-column form-line-column-clear" id="id_3">

                    <div id="cid_3" class="form-input-wide">

                        <div style="text-align:left" class="form-buttons-wrapper">

                            <button id="input_3" type="submit" class="form-submit-button">

                                Sign up!

                            </button>

                        </div>

                    </div>

                </li>

                <li style="display:none">

                    Should be Empty:

                    <input type="text" name="website" value="" />

                </li>

            </ul>

        </div>

        <input type="hidden" id="simple_spc" name="simple_spc" value="12135014483" />

        <script type="text/javascript">

            document.getElementById("si" + "mple" + "_spc").value = "12135014483-12135014483";

        </script>

    </form>

    Please let us know if any of these solutions will work for you. Thank you for using JotForm!

    Glad my colleague Allan was able to help resolve your issue, Jimi. If there's anything else related to your form(s) with which you require assistance, be sure to post the query on the forum and our team will do our best to help.

    Cheers.
