I think it finally posted, but it is cut off on the facebook page. The right
margin is not fitting within the window.
This is on "Mark makeup gal" page.
See screenshot attached:

Kindly use this embed code instead while following the procedure described here - http://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook:
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://www.jotform.com/form/12123103187" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1200px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
You can adjust the height value (highlighted in yellow) accordingly to accommodate the whole vertical length of your form.
Please try and let us know if it works for you this time or not. If it still doesn't, kindly provide the URL of the Facebook page where your form is embedded.

OK, so embed this in my jotform on your site and then copy it to tab press?
I tried just editing in Tab Press and that did not work
- francinecAnswered on August 03, 2011 at 01:13 PM
I don't think the height is the problem, its the width. Its getting cut off.
- JotForm SupportliyamAnswered on August 04, 2011 at 02:07 PM
If possible, can you please provide us the link of your facebook page?
I'm not sure what to do exactly, but I would like to assume that the width is getting cut off is because your form is too wide for the facebook content space. On this case, you will need to adjust the width of your form by shrinking it.

I have followed the steps, but nothing is working. I have tried adjusting the width, but I suspect your Tab press template for Facebook is out dated.
Here is link to form
Here is source code. I also attached screenshots or both the facebook form and the one in your area.
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://form.jotform.com/form/12123103187" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1230px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
I have screenshots from both that I can provide if you send me a way to attach.
I think what I need to know is what is the allowable standard width in your template creation for the posting to facebook. It seems that is off on your template.
- francinecAnswered on August 04, 2011 at 04:09 PMI think the problem is I am using the full form allowance in your template,
but when I copy it to tab press, it is not fitting in the facebook space,
which should be standard.
And, I have tried adjusting the width in the HTML and its not making a

If that's the case, you can adjust the width of your form by editing your form on Jotform's form editor.
1. Go to My Forms page
2. Edit your form
3. Click the Form Style tab on top of the form you're editing.
4. A new list of tool bar will show up. Click Form Width to adjust the width of your form
Let us know if you're still having problems after this.

Ok you guys are not listening.
I changed the width several times within the form. I think the issue is the form's width for you is not fitting within the facebook allowable I frame allowance.
I can provide you with screenshots and examples, but it seems that your form is not adjusting when you use the width parameters when you apply within Facebook using Tab Press.
Tab Press has thier Iframe width set for the Facebook page, but I think when you apply the widget you have within Tab Press, your form is not adjusting to the allowable space.
I'm sure i am not the only person having this issue. So, I suggest you guys review the settings when you use the widget to Tab Press. Especially since that is the one you are recommending to use for Facebook.
I contacted the Tab Press folks and they say thier app is designed to fit within the allowable space on Facebook, so it seems its an issue from your end when you apply withhin Tab Press it is not fitting the space properly to allow for the full form view.
I tried even creating a brand new form just using the "Message" box and even that gets cut off when you use Tab Press to apply.
I would be happy to provide screenshots so you can see this issue. But, your forum here does not allow and when I try to respond via email I get undeliverable.

Your form is set to 625px so I decreased it to 520px, which is the maximum width allowed for a Facebook Page content. This should have fixed the problem, but the codes you embedded in TabPress look like this:
<iframe scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="height: 1230px; border: medium none; width: 150%;" src="//form.jotform.com/form/12123103187" allowtransparency="true">
Changing the width from 150% to 100% should do it. As for the text area, you may decrease its width by changing the Colums option to around 30, so that it won't extend itself to the edge of the FB page content area.
Hope this helps.

here is my source code im copying:
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.com/form/11625928884" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1945px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
when i add it to tabpress it expands the size of the form and its way too big to fit 520 px. i have the form sized through jotform at 520px width. what am i doing wrong?

If it's ok with you, can you provide us your Facebook URL containing Forms? I'm not sure what exactly the problem as I haven't checked your form yet, but have you tried decreasing your FORM width? If not, please give it a try and tell us the result, so we can further assist you.Thanks in advance.

Let me help out some... Change the Label Align to "top" and the problem should be resolved. The label being left aligned will set aside 150 px for the label and force the form fields to the right.
hope this helps
