paypal not working

I've set up paypal in the jotform editor and embed it on my website and published it.  When I test it and select paypal, enter the form information and hit submit I just get the Thank you page and nothing else.  What is happening?

I don't think that setting an option to Free will redirect user to paypal as no amount will be processed. That could be a reason why you are only getting a thank you message.

For me the logic behind that is paypal charges an account per transaction so setting it to free would defeat the purpose of making it free as it would still charge your account for a transaction fee. Just what I notice about paypal. Try putting a dollar once you hit submit you will be redirected to paypal.
