No save option when making changes to view submission page

When I add a column on the view submissions page, it does not give me the option to save my changes. Please add a save changes option to this page.

I am not sure if I have understood your requirement correctly. 

Do you mean to say that you added one column in your form's submission page? We would like to take a look at the submission page. Please share a screenshot so that we can understand your requirement. Did you add ID and IP address columns from the submission settings? Please check the screenshot below:

Please be noted that if you want to show these columns, you need to click on the settings again and select the fields you want to show in your grid.
