Can my customer clone a previously submitted form?

My customer has to submit a series of projects where only two fields change on each form (ex, submitting the same instructions on each form but referencing a different SKU and name). Can they pull up a previously submitted form, change those two fields, and resubmit, or do they have to fill in all the fields each time? Or is there another way to streamline the process?

Hi, you can let users update their form submission at a later date. To do that, first create an auto-responder email. Then add {edit_link} tag to the body of the email.

When a user submits the form they will receive a confirmation email and it will contain a link to the pre-filled form. Then they can update their entry.

    Here's how:

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Click Email Alerts

    3. Open Notification

    4. Click "Edit Link" on the side bar under Form Fields to add the edit link  variable on the email template.
