Errors opening files that have been attached to the form. People are able to upload and submit their files with their completion of the form, but when we look at the attachment in the gmail inbox (where the submissions are received) it will show an error message. We will be able to view the document after clicking again 5 seconds later, though. Here is the error below:

That's most probably due to a temporary delay on replication, but it should be available when you allow at least a few minutes before the files will be replicated on the Jotform servers. May we know if you're able to download the files now? If not, please let us know so we can assist you further.
