Every time people click submit it just keep saying

    Some people have clicked "submit" but the "please wait" message never ceases and their form never goes through.

    Hi,

    Your form submits when I tested it here. There is no long wait as well, it submits normally as expected.

    Please try to clear your browsers cache and check the form again. If you have embedded the form to your website, please replace it with iframe embed code and see if this resolves the problem.
