    Need to modify my form. Need to build a new one?

     Need to delete one of my customers choices (''Choix de correction'') Don't want to buil a new form. When I build the form I had hard time to put the form in my 365 Microsoft web site.

    You can edit your form directly on Jotform builder and then you can embed your form again using your preferred method:

    Please bear in mind that if you delete a form field you will lose all the previous information received in that field. As an alternative, you can instead hide the field:

    This way you can maintain the information, but the field will not be visible to users.

    Now facing another problem. Look at my website page. See if I can shrink (narrow) the form. I cannot do anything more than what you see.

    Hi Carina,

    Another problem is that in my Samsung ipad Android 4.0.4, a customer cannot send to me a document (Word for ex.) from his computer, only from his ipad. Must create another form? Must insert with another tool - instead of ''Source''?

    Hi Carina,

    The situation has changed. Now the form look great and works well in my computer. I can send a doc to a customer. But in my ipad, I don't know why I cannot access to the doc in my computer. Normal? What can I do?

    -Meaning, you are accessing the form using your iPad and then want to upload a file? Of course, iPad device should be connected to your computer. I don't have the actual device but if you upload a file using IOS, there should be a way to select a file from your computer.

    -Also, you can move the file to your iPad device and upload it from there.
