I would like to set my form up to where it send an automatic response email with attachment to the submitter based on a conditional questions. If they mark "yes", they will receive one automatic response email with attachment. If they select "No" they will recieve a different automatiuc email response with the same attachment. Can this be done?

Specifically for the Question: Would you like to schedule an individual appointment with the CM to discuss any of the material covered during the workshop?

To do this you need set up 2 separate Autoresponders. Autoresponder 1 will contain a link to the Attachment whereas Autoresponder 2 will not. You will then need to use a conditional email based on a selection and set the rule to " Yes ".

I have created a demo of your form based on the singular question you mentioned. You can see it in action here: http://form.jotform.us/form/41207069336149

Here's a Condition tied to the Autoresponder:

It will only be sent if YES is chosen.

And here's the Conditional Email Rule I created for it:

Sorry, Forgot to mention two things. One that you are more than welcome to Clone my modified version of your form back into your account this way you can see what I've changed and added into it.

And Two that I had also created a second condition where I then set it to " NO " and hooked that one via a secondary conditional rule to send out Autoresponder 2. I hope this helps and now also clarifies any confusion if any.
