Cannot access forms under My Forms page

When I click on "my forms", my forms pop up for a second then disappear as if it is playing a cruel joke on me.  What can I do to keep them from disappearing seconds after clicking on "my forms"?  Thanks

Can you please click on a 'My Forms' link on the left hand menu to see if that helps?

Another thing that you can try is to clear your browser cache and cookies.

If that does not help, please let us know.
