I cannot seem to add HTML to my "Thank You" page.

    I had a Google Analytics developer trying to setup my form so that I can track Analytics through the Jotform without losing the "breadcrumb trail" that lead my customer to fill out the form.

    But  in order to do that we have to add a snippet of code into the Thank You page on Jotform:

    <script type="text/javascript" >
    _gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'form', 'submit', 'contact us']);
    </script>

    When we go to the Thank You page and click "HTML" then paste the code it looks good but never saves even if we click "Update".

    How do you get it to save?

    Hello signsman,

    Unfortunately, the custom thank you page editor only accepts html tags, javascript and other langauges not included. I suggest you create your "thank you" page then upload it to your server and us the custom URL for thank you page instead.

    Hope this answers your question.
