Please help with my work unintelligible form. That's when getting on the configured E-mail the person's name does not appear ... How to fix?Page URL:

Once you modified your email body in your Email Alerts settings and made some changes to your form like updating the fields etc. your email body will not adopt its changes. I suggest that you delete and create a new notifier then test your form again and see if the name will show up in your email.
