Hello natgelb,
Looks like you embeded you form using the iFrame option and the scrolling value was set to no. See screenshot below:
Kindly edit the code and embed it again.
Please let us know if this solved the problem.

I don't understand how or where to do this. All I did was upload your wordpress plugin and follow the instructions. The form was working fine on my site when I installed it, and I didn't change anything so I'm not sure how the scrolling value would have been changed to no.
Can you provide more clear instructions on how to fix this to someone who has no programming experience? Where is the code I need to edit located and how do I embed it again?
Thanks,
Nat

Hello Nat,
Do you have access to the page where the source code was embeded? Can you try to take a look at it and see if you can edit the code. If you can, we'll try to change the height of the iFrame or set the value of scrolling to yes.

I don't think I have access to the page you're referencing. I have access to a page titled "Editing embed-form/jotform-wp-embed.php" but there is no code about scrolling or iFrame on this page....
Is this something you can fix on your side?

natgelb,
Can you copy and paste the code you embeded on your website on your next reply? That way, we can help you identify which one you need to change. Or you can also try to re-embed the code using thie guide.
