My organization has recently installed JotForm Application on our server. We encountered a bit of an oddity when attempting to connect it to our LDAP server so that we could use existing users within our organizaiton instead of maintaining a separate list of users.
instead of re-binding to the LDAP server, JotForm Application is retirivng the password string from the LDAP server to compare the password strings directly. This is completely incompatible with standard methods of LDAP authentication, including my organization's methods.
Is there a setting to use LDAP binding instead of password string comparison? Alternatively, will JotForm provide a patch to resolve this missing functionality? If so, what sort of timing should I expect for it?
