Also, I think I might just like to add a link to the terms this time without a checkbox. (This is a registration renewal form.) Is it possible to just add a link (with no follow) within a text area?

    Hello,

Its currently not possible with a our text field.

I have opened a feature request for a form field field/widget that will allow you to add a link to your form with a "no follow" attribute.

We will let you know upon any development of this request.

The forms is located on jotform domain. So, you do not need to worry about nofollow links. As far as google is concerned the form is not in your site. It is in jotform site and you are including the jotform site as an iframe which google ignores.

If you are including the forms as full code, then the code is really on your site. But that also means you can easily edit the code and change the links to nofollow.
