Another problem I am running into is a hidden field still showing on the form. This field should not appear but it still shows. I have cleared my browser cache and tried on different browsers with the same result.
The form shows:

Hi!
To make the photos visible in the form itself, kindly follow these steps:
#1. Click on the "Properties" of the "Multiple Choice" field.
#2. Now, kindly uncheck the "Hide field" option in the "Advanced" section of the "Multiple Choice" field.

Hello. I am trying to attain the opposite result. I have the photos hidden on the form because they are populated based on a condition where the user selects a particular name, and that person's photo automatically populates in the field. However, even though the field is hidden, it is appearing on the form.

Thanks again but I don't want them to see the photos on the form at all, that is why I have it set to hidden but it still shows on the form. There are conditions in place to auto-populate the photo in the appropriate field when they select their name.

Hello,
If I got your concern correctly, you don't want any images displayed on your form to be seen by the user? You just wanted the name selections to be displayed.
Unfortunately, this is not possible as expected because of conditional conflict.
You should not add 'hide' conditions when a field is set to be shown with different conditions.

Could you please explain where the conditional conflict is? I have a condition set to automatically insert the photo when the user selects their name. I just don't want the photo list to appear on the form, therefore it is hidden on the form but still shows.

Hi,
I apologize for the inconvenience.
Please remove the condition "Hide Select your photo" from this section.
The way conditions work: If the condition is met, apply action if not do the opposite, that condition is not met when the form is first loaded so the field is shown.I hope this helps.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes. We're happy to help.

That did it! I didn't realize that one specific condition would affect the form. Thank you so much!
