How can I integrate an extra email into jotform?

    Hi,


    I am new to my team and I took over the jotform portion. I would like to add a follow up email to our applicants because we have noticed that there is a decline in interest once they get our first email. I'd like to set it up so that there is a follow up email maybe 2-3 days after to remind them or ask them if they need help and they can contact me. I have tried searching my interface but I cant seem to find how to edit the actual applications.

    If I understand correctly, you're trying to send an email to responder after a defined amount of time from submission.

    for files submittted, how do I send them already in PDF copies vs. in email form?

    Hello,

    Does my account have to be approved or have certain access? My user interface does not look like yours and I cant seem to find the option to edit the already made application. The only option I have is to approve or decline the applications unless I am looking at the wrong area.

    If you want to add reminder emails, then go to Publish > Email > Schedule reminder email. See demo below.

    I feel like I have a different user interface or I don’t have access to certain things because my profile does not look like what you have shown me. I have attached a screen shot to show what my user interface looks like.

    I attached the picture with the screenshot of my profile interface. It does not look the same as yours show in the example, so I am wondering if this is why I cannot make edits to the form. Do I need access or a special profile for this?

    Hi there,

    I'm sorry for the confusion, in order to edit/make changes to a specific form you will need to login/access the account who owned the form or you can request to the owner of the form to add you as collaborator for you to have access on that specific form.

    Please check the attached screen shots below on how to create form.

    1. Login to your Jotform account.
    2. Click My form
    3. then, Hit Create form

    Could you please try using a different account or clear your browser cache?

    As an additional measure in resolving your issue, I have cleared your form cache.

    Please let us know if the issue still persists.

    Hi

    I signed out, cleared my cache, and even restarted my laptop. The option to set up a reminder email still does not show up. I am using Google Chrome and my laptop is on the most current update. Is there anything else that I could possibly do?
