Is there a way to create a field where they select an option and then explain what it is?

I'm trying to create a field where I ask a question with several options and they choose an option and explain what it is.

    Example:

What will you be vending/displaying this day?

    (Select what applies to you)

    art (please describe)

    crafts (please describe)

    other (please describe)

    Hi BiscuitFoundation,

    Thank you for using JotForm.

You can accomplish this task with Checkboxes, Textarea, and JotForm's Conditional Logic. To further explain this, I've attached some illustrations below and hope this helps.

First, navigate to your form. Create checkboxes for your options with a corresponding textarea for the specifications.

Select "Show/Hide a form field" from "Conditions" under the "Setup & Embed" tab.

And now, create your conditions. If the user chooses Arts, the textarea for arts will show, and so on.

You can view this form in action in here http://www.jotform.com/form/12145107455. You can clone it if you want.

If you have further issues and concerns, please feel free to contact us.
