    Email Alerts Not Being Received

    Form submissions are being stored on Jotform but not sending to email. I added a new notifier with a different email address and still nothing.

    I do see that on the webpage you originally posted, you have embedded the form: 41216533467251. I have added a third email alert and added my test email to it. I have then performed a test submission to your form. It appears to have sent the email to my inbox successfully:


    There are a few things it would be best to check:

    First, please make sure that alerts are not being sent to your junk/spam folder. If by any chance you are using outlook or a standalone email application, please make sure to access your email account through it's webbased application (If it has one). As sometimes not all emails marked as spam are sent to your stand alone email client.

    Also, you have tried 2 emails from the same domain. If possible do test an email from another domain, we suggest gmail. 

    If the issue persists, please consider on whitelisting the domains used by jotform to send emails on your email account.  You can find this information on the following guide:

    Hi – I tested with an outside email address and that went through fine. We have added @jotform.com and @formresponse.com to our whitelist but it is still not going through and we have no record of any incoming mail. Could you let me know if the mail is being rejected to @hoknik.com or what it says on your end? Thanks.

    The email address web@hoknik.com and kay@hoknik.com are not on our Bounce List:

    And it appears not be rejecting our emails:

    Please verify with your Email Service Provider / Webhost Provider if these Emails are somehow being rejected on thier end.

    Alternatively, you can receive these email alerts through the free service Mandrill. This would allow to receive the emails from their servers instead of ours. Thus having a higher chance of receiving the rejected email alerts. For more information on this. Kindly access the guide below:
