Add a line to Sign Printed Form

Asked by gerald3029 on May 02, 2014 at 08:59 PM

I'm using Chrome and basically making forms for myself to fill out and print. After they are printed, I would like to sign them.

If you would like to sign the form offline. The easiest way I can think of would be to add a Text Tool in your form and add the text:

    Example Form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/41219000538949?

I added the Text Tool from here:

This is a very basic method, it will only work to have a line where to sign when the form is printed.

Do let us know if this does not work for you. Thank you.
