Add a line to Sign Printed Form

I'm using Chrome and basically making forms for myself to fill out and print. After they are printed, I would like to sign them. 

If you would like to sign the form offline. The easiest way I can think of would be to add a Text Tool in your form and add the text:

Signature:_________________________________________

This is a very basic method, it will only work to have a line where to sign when the form is printed.
