    Hi mzelicskovics

Thanks for asking. This can be done but in order for it to work in your form, the multiupload buttons will need to be replaced with regular single upload ones. Then, modify the tags for those fields as outlined by one of our developers (Serkan) in this thread.

As an example, let's say the tag for one of your upload button fields was {uploadAn3} and you wanted images submitted by users to be displayed in the emailed notification either 200 pixels wide or tall, you would change the tag to {IMG:uploadAn3:200}, click Finish and save the form.

(To the best of my knowledge, this technique will not work with multi-upload buttons.)

If you need clarification on this feature, please let us know. We'll be happy to provide additional details.

Actually, the multiple upload is a very important feature for us. We are a consignment company so people have to send us image of their items for us to give them a quote and the more images, the better.

I used to use another form service where nothing was stored on their server, the images were attached to the email in full size. Can I set it up this way with Jot?

    Thanks!

    Hi mzelicskovics,

At this time, only a link to where the image file is saved in the server is included in the email notifications. It was designed this way because users can also upload huge files of up to 1GB in size. Hence, it will be impractical to attach such a big file into an email message.

Another workaround that would work for you would be to use the DropBox - JotForm integration feature. With this feature, you can receive images into your DropBox account and to your computer if you have DropBox Desktop app installed in your computer. You will still get the regular notifications as usual. To learn more about the DropBox - JotForm integration feature, please click here. If you don't have a DropBox account yet, you can get one here.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for choosing JotForm!
