The form has two drop down menus for the purchase of t-shirts, mens and womens. A very few number of users report the mens menu does not open, while the womens works for everyone. I dont know what I have done wrong, and why this is happening. It works OK on my test machines so I have never seen the problem myself. I have asked one user to clear their browser cache and history, this did not solve the problem. Can you assist in solving this?

I've tested your form on may computer and it worked fine as well. Is there a way you can ask the affected users if what browser do they used when the problem occurred? This may have something to do with java not being enabled on their computer as well.
They can check/enable java by following this GUIDE.

We are trying to check on versions. Seems only IE users have the issue.
If Java was disabled, should'nt both menus fail to open?
I disabled Java scripting on one of my test machines and the drop down menus both worked ok.
That's interesting. What version of IE is the browser in question? Have you tried resetting your IE as well? You may also check if java is acting up by Verifying Java Installation.

IE is 11.0.9600.17105, update version 11.7
Disabled, rebooted, and opened the registration web page and the 2 menus worked fine. Your Java link reports Java v7, update 55, no old versions. Chrome Version 34.0.1847.131 m also OK
Test machine is vanilla Win7 with default IE11 as above.
