How to receive Incomplete Payment Submissions throug Email

    Hi,

    I have tried that but it does not send me an email. How long after an entry does one have to wait before you receive an email about an incomplete entry?

    It should take somewhere between 30 minutes to 1 hour, the delay is here to let customers finish their transactions and also it is a time buffer for the PayPal IPN to come through.

    Pending Payment E-mail Settings:

    Notification Only - Only Email Notifications are being sent.
    All Emails - Both Email Notifications and Autoresponders are being sent.

    Hi even after 3 hours no notification has come through. What else could be wrong?
    The incomplete entry was at 2014-05-05 15:32:55 on Rotary Dorset Bike Ride Merchandise order form 2014

    Do make sure to have set your settings as suggested on the guide provided by my colleagues. Additionally, there is a way to verify if the IPN has gone through or not, kindly review the section Sending missed IPNs to JotForm on the following guide: 
    http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.

    It should give you steps on how to cross check the incomplete payments between JotForm and PayPal.

    I have made the changes as previously advised to receive email notifications of incomplete submissions. I can see the incomplete submissions when I look at the submission on Jotform but I do not get an email. I rather not have to check Jotform every day.

    Hi David,

    I checked your form notification and autoresponder and found out that no Sender Email is selected for both the settings. Note that without these settings, no notification and autoresponder will be emailed out. Please make sure to select a Sender Email, example:

     

    Don't leave it as "Please select" option..
