I have tried going to the Email Notifications and creating new recipients but when I do a "test email" it keeps sending only to the default email address (account address). What can I do so that different forms are sent to different (sometimes multiple) people?

To clarify, the Test E-mail button in the Notification E-mail will only alwasy send thetest e-mail to your current JotForm e-mail account.
To have an actual Notification e-mail sent to the Recipient E-mail address in the form Notifier -- you have to submit the form in actual.
Simply put, you have to submit the form, and whatever is the target Recipient E-mail address -- it will received the sent message.
