First-- want to say that your forms were working PERFECTLY, and I was very happy with your program.
Everything was working fine, and receiving forms in my email inbox without any issue for weeks. I haven't altered anything in my forms. It turns out, as of @ April 15th, I stopped receiving form submissions in my personal email folder, but they are being received in my JotForm inbox.
I sent test emails to myself today from JotForm, and they work perfectly.
Any idea why I am suddenly not receiving the forms in my personal email folder (and not in spam folder either). Is it possibly an AOL related issue?
Thanks, and hope to get this resolved.

Maybe related to SMTP Limits imposed by AOL. Note that you are using your AOL address as the Sender Email. Doing so would change our sending preferences to AOL SMTP. Since no email found in your Spam Folder, then this might be the cause.
You may consider using SMTP from Mandrill. Check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address. Mandrill allows up to 12, 000 emails per month.
I hope that helps. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
