my account comp_arch_ui is removed!

Could you please check why my account comp_arch_ui allong with its forms is removed and disappeared form jotform

Our apologies for the issue. You account is actually not removed. You have been mistakenly suspended by our system filter. We have this system filter that would check every user forms, and if it finds something suspicious to the form, it can suspend your account automatically.

I've already fixed it.  Please kindly check again.
