2. Regarding the amount of submissions avalaibe in the free version (100/month) does this include if you have more than one form or is it calculated per form? Also, if I were to upgrade to a premium package what would happen with my already collected submissions?

Hi, in a free plan you can receive up to 100 monthly submissions, the limit can be reached only by one form, or in a total with the other forms. So if you have 3 forms in your account, and in the first one you receive 60 submissions, in the second one you receive 30, that means you can receive only 10 submission in that month for the third form. 

If you upgrade, your already collected data will stay there, the only thing that would happen is that you will have more benefits in a paid plan, you may take a look at the pricing page for more information.
