You can use the cutom URL in the Thank You page to auto redirect the form after submission to another URL -- in your case you can just use the URL of your website http://www.gustavomaia.com.br/contato1.htm

the form URL itself http://form.jotformz.com/form/41196687355668

I checked your form, and I think you had this figured out already. I see this in your form Thank you page
