iPhone and Android Web Image upload file size

    Hi there,

Is there any way to limit the size of images uploaded through a mobile web browser? We are finding users are getting bogged down because their devices are capturing images a few megabytes big and then uploading these to Jot Forms. We don't need this image quality and it's causing a burden on other systems that use this data.

Does anyone have a solution for this? Is there a setting or browser we could be using to limit the image quality being uploaded.

    Thanks.

    Hello zbrba,

Unfortunately it is not possible to automatically resize the uploaded file or alter the quality of it.

Please be noted that you can set the "Max File Size" property of your file upload question. This will prevent your users from uploading the files above the allowed file size. Please check the screenshot below:

    Hope this helps.
