Allow me to exceed my free quota.

Hi!

A few days ago I received an email from you saying I'm exceeding my limit of submissions a month and I need your help.

As you know from my last email, I am a survivor of a major brain aneurysm and stroke. Jotforms has given me the ability to produce high quality forms that facilitate my efforts to help stroke survivors around the world!

I have every intention to subscribe to JotForms annual service as soon as I can raise funds to pay for it.

I humbly ask that you allow me to exceed my free quota so I can raise funds to pay you please?

Please be noted that submission counters are reset on the first day of every month.

I did check your account and found it to be in good shape. You have not yet received any submission this month. In free account you can receive up to 100 non secure, 10 secure / SSL and 10 payment submission. 

Please ensure that you do not embed your form using its secure embed code. This will allow you to receive up to 100 submissions. You can also increase your submission limit by clicking on the "Increase your Limits For Free!". Please check the screenshot below:
