Can you explain the extra $.30 international fee on our bill?

I am getting a monthly $.30 international transaction fee and I am curious as to  why we only deal with CT RN's not internationally?  This started when we upgraded to the $9.95 platform.

As far as I know we have no control over that. We've set our price to $9.95 so this is what you are being billed from us on our end if you look at a copy of your INVOICE. I've researched a similar question some time ago and found that this is usually an International (aka VAT) Charge issued by foreign banks. You are more than welcome to contact BlueSnap (Plimus) to find out more information about it.

Actually, It might even be a better idea to contact your bank in all honesty since they would have much more in-depth information usually. It will also aid in helping you to understand where it's coming from and if not we can reach out to Bluesnap though I'm pretty sure it's a VAT add-on by your bank. If anyone can tell you it would certainly be them.
