    Recurring payments with PayPal?

    Hi guys,

    thanks so much for such a great form system - I enjoy using it!
    My question has to do with recurring payment solution in PayPal. Rght now we accept payments to our non-profit org but would love to be able to receive ongoing payments from our supporters wihout having to re-bill them each month. Is there a way to do this?

    I set up the most recent form using the "subscription" option in the PayPal form wizard, and added 3 differen subscription amounts...I don't know how to test this and wondered if you knew if I did it correctly?

    Thank You kindly for your comment. Involving your question I checked the form on the " donation " page you had and I can see it is a set up as a " donation " which is non-recurring from our end. That is the reason why you have been having to rebill it manually each month.

    In order to fix this problem you would need to re-set it up to work on an ongoing basis by changing it over to " Selling Subscription ". However, I see you mentioned you set up 3 options which I did not see on the Page URL you shared with us. So is that on another form then? If so can you please tell us which one and we'll check your subscription configuration.

    Pardon, I apologize about that and see that you had the second form below - My fault. Anyhow, I would advise referring to the link for setting up a recurring payment option which should help resolve that issue and you can disregard everything else I mentioned.
