Not receiving form notification email

    i am not receiving e-mail alerts, please help

    Thank you for the information, but the emails are set-up correctly when I checked them.  It seems that the emails are being blocked.  This has happened before when our server is on the "black list" for jotform.  Could this be the case?

    what is the ip address they would come from? so i can unblock them?

    i checked the server blacklist and spam lists and nothing there

    None of your email addresses is listed into our bounce list. Your setting is fine so you should suppose to receive the form email.
