Do we lose application info if we discontinue our account?

    Greetings,

     

    We currently have an Economy account which includes 6 forms and nearly 100 applications that have been uploaded over the last two months. 

     

    Since our application process is over, we no longer need Jotform's services and need to discontinue our account. However, if we change from the Economy to the free Starter account, do we lose all of the information and files attributed to the 100 applications that were uploaded to our forms over the last two months? Of, if we do switch from Economy to Starter, can we still access the data and files?

    Hi,

    Yes, you can still access your form submissions and files. We won't delete forms and submissions when someone downgraded the account subscription from Paid to Free. Only the account limits would change, of course ;)
