Forms not working on my blog

Dear Jotform team,

Thank you very much for the wonderful tool you have created for us. I have been using your tool for abot 5 months without running into any problems.

However, your forms are not working on my blog today, I don't why. =(

Hi Akmal,

When you say that they're not working, in what way exactly? On my end the forms loaded fine and I was able to submit them without any problems. Is the issue happening in a particular browser? Please elaborate.
