JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
First off, we'd like to thank you for taking interest in the service that provide. With regards to your question, the answer is 'it depends'. Forms created with Jotform can be easily implemented on a self-hosted Wordpress site since custom html codes can be readily implemented in it.

On the other hand, although Wordpress.com blogs can have a text widget in which custom html is also allowed, there are specific tags which are disallowed and are automatically stripped out like iframe, script and link tags. As such, there is currently no possible way to embed a Jotform in a Wordpress.com blog.
Hope this post sheds some light into your question. Let us know if there's anything else. Thanks!
Just an update if you are using Jotform for your WordPress.com hosted blog.
We are happy to announce that WordPress.com now supports Jotform. You can now embed forms to your WordPress.com hosted websites.
