    no files at all for the past year and the form name is grayed out in the list -- what is that about?

    Thank you for writing in.

    Can you please explain further what you meant? Are you referring to this account you have sent us a message from? I see that this account is active, can you share with us a screenshot or screencast showing no files at all for the past year, and the form name is grayed out in the list so we can better understand the issue?
